Bodies with self-bound warps. Repetitive-motion damage. Nervous systems entwined into flat-screen hi-def flatlines. Willingly cut ourselves down. Excitedly dull our capacity. Brutally shut all the doors that lead to future-proof resiliency.

A consumption loop is a growth chokepoint, its zero-point postponed until the supply extortion is fixed. It’s a black-box process of entrepreneurial venom, market-force capitulation and spontaneous production. The invisible hand is a clenching fist, a solution that generates it own problem.

What we observe is an infinite dead scroll, an intensification of boredom and boring subscription-model sadism. Form stripped of context, the content is immaculately manufactured in a meta-narrative vacuum. One part of a structured-violence loyalty program, it produces methodized, constant resentment and demographic extrusion. A hegemonic bio-filter completes the corporate algorithm takeover.

Access management is hierarchical, but nano-scale cold welding of hemisphere-scale data webs and their fission-generated electronic gatekeeping is something not before witnessed in the history of information transfer. Wet-wired solid-state drives and physical data brokering are things of the distant, staticky past. Webcrawlers and data miners scrape the walls of the Internet while digital nomads eke out a starvation-level existence. They are all desensitized, broken artifacts of system-wide, systemic data loss.

Nostalgia for something that never existed is like stuffing your head in a multi-core meat processor. It’s being trapped in a stillborn utopia that runs on pregnant neurons. Nostalgia for nothing that ever existed ends with memory shards exploding in a lens flare, where mindless self-assembly is followed by mandatory ego death.
