RETURN POLICY

• Contact us within 14 days of receipt of the artwork.
• The artwork and frame must be in original condition for a full refund.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Wall Art Lighting

 If you are not satisfied with the fit, finish, or light reason, you can return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund—no questions asked. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Steps to return:

1. Call 925-980-9547 or email info@disneyartonmain.com
2. We will provide you with the return address.
3. Ship the artwork back to us using a trackable carrier.

Please do not send a return without first receiving authorization from us.

How long before I receive my refund?

• Paypal refunds may take 4-5 days to process.
• Credit card refunds usually take 1-2 days to process.

 

All Sales are Final on original artwork; this includes animation cels, drawings, or custom orders.
