I was having a real rough time of life, at the time that this dropped. I wasn't dieing or anything. But we all have bad times, you know? I had (still do have) a lot of time for these two gents. As soon as I gave the album a whirl, I got back a bit of the energy I had when someone first put me onto Music for the Mature B-Boy, many moons back by then. The record genuinely helped me get through a rough time, and I'll always owe Abs and Format a beer for that. Cheers for that, dudes.
