And you want this to fill the whole bottom layer. I love that. Yeah isn't that delicious already? It really is. And make sure you guys pan the entire bundt cake. This is very important for this dish. Okay cool. Next you want to get your blueberries. Oh blueberries. And put those all on top. I'm going to use this whole container. Okay. Cuz you want that kind of stripe effect. So we have red on the bottom. Okay. And then blue. What does that make you think of? Red and blue. Uh I oh that makes purple. Oh it does. But I'm going for a red, white, and blue striped dessert for all the amazing holidays coming up soon. Like Memorial Day, 4th of July. Perfect. That looks amazing. It really does. Next you want to your raspberries. Oh do it again. You need to present over in the middle. Go ahead. We can't cut. We can't cut. Next you want to get your raspberries. Okay. And you want to put all those on top as well. Nice. Just like that. I love this already. Yeah. It's like some of my favorite fruits. So. Is this the end? Like what are you doing? Nope. This is not the end. This is just the beginning. Here is the first part of it. All your amazing fruit. Okay. Now follow me back a here. Oh okay. So we have apple juice boiling. Right. Right over here. Okay. This is three cups of apple juice. Okay. At a boil in the back. Now come back over here. Okay. So you want to make sure you grab your apple juice. Okay. A small bowl. Okay. And four packets of unflavored gelatin. Okay. So you want to open all four of these. And pour these into your bowl. Beautiful. You want to grab a cup to measure your apple juice. Okay. Just 1 cup. Just one cup and we have the three cups boiling in the back. Awesome. So you want four cups of this total. Gotcha. One cup cold. Three cups hot. Yep. And then you want to mix this up. Okay and this was four packs of gelatin right? Four packs total. Yep. Okay. You want to mix this in cold. Okay. Apple juice. Before you put it in with your boiling. Gotcha. So now, let's leave this here. Let's grab our boiling apple juice. This one over here. Cool. Grab this. Be very careful. It is very hot. Okay. I see that. And. See all that steam. We're going to pour this slowly into our cold mixture. Wow. That's going to help dissolve that gelatin more. That right? It is. Yes. Nice. Perfect and you need to do that very quickly so it doesn't harden much the gelatin. Apple juice almost has like a apple cider. Yeah. Doesn't it smell amazing? Yeah. And you can use any type of juice you want. Grape juice. You can put grapes in this. You can do anything you want. And curiosity how's that feel? It's already feel like it's getting kind of thick. It actually is already pretty thick. For extra flavor I want to get this organic lemon juice. Yum. Wanna pour a little bit of this in before it it's too hard. Nice. You see how hard that's getting already? It's starting to definitely form. That's so fun. And before it forms too much. Okay. Grab my oven mitts. Oh okay. I see that. Because you want to make sure you are safe and too hot. Sure. Grab this. Okay. Pour it onto your fruit. Fun. All over the whole thing, right? Yep. There we go. Just like that. Beautiful. I love this. Ooh, nice. Look at it all. Doesn't it look amazing? It really does. I love this. Perfect. So, the best part of this is it's basically done. This part is this is ready. Really? Yeah, almost. So, all we need to do is just run this over to the fridge. Okay, into the fridge. And you're going to let it be in here for about four to five hours. Nice. And we'll check on it soon. Awesome. This is done. Look at it. And it's so firm and solid. Mhm. So here's the most nerve wracking part of this entire thing. What? So I'm going to flip it. What? Flip it right on the counter. You ready? Okay. I'm nervous. Three. Two. One. Oh. Smack that. Smack that. I panned this a lot. So, I'm really hoping it means it will come out. Okay. Oh, it looks like it's coming out. I think it's coming out. I think it actually worked. Ant, hold on. Guys. What is this? This is Wow. Isn't that perfect? You see all those layers of strawberry blue. I'm so proud of this. Wow.
