Crabes Caranguejo
Il existe plusieurs espèces de crabes, mais le plus connu est le crabe tourteau, un crustacé constitué d’une carapace rigide, qui peut atteindre 40 cm de large pour un poids maximum de 7 kg. Ses deux pattes avant (pinces) sont très puissantes. Il se nourrit d’un peu de tout. Comment choisir son crabe vivant. Une sensation de « lourdeur » quand on le prend dans en eau. Éviter les crabes trop clairs, sa chair ne sera que meilleure.
