These hip exercises did wonders for me! After being diagnosed with chronic hip inflammation and piriformis syndrome, my hips and glutes were always hurting. I started to incorporate these exercises into my routine and little by little started to feel more supported and stronger. I included banded hip exercises, bodyweight exercises as well as a few advanced hip and glute strengthening exercises as you progress. I hope you find these helpful!
