CCF Tea Recipe:
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds

Method:
1. Heat water in a stainless steel pot over high heat.
2. Add the cumin, coriander, and fennel seeds.

I grew up drinking this after a day of fasting. The rock sugar helps your energy levels, the saffron balances your mood and the coriander seeds improve digestion. 

It is a great alternative to coffee / caffeine. 

Here’s how to make it (don’t forget to save!)
- add 2 tbsp coriander seeds to 2 cups boiling water 
- add a pinch of saffron (cardamom optional) 

Let boil for 2-3 min. The water will begin to turn orange
