Huginn and Muninn, Thought and Memory, Odin’s crows. They flew over the world and returned in the evening to Odin. One should never return without the other, the consequence being a society ruled by memory without thought, or thought without memory.

The two doves were set upon straight after being released by children standing next to Pope Francis at the Vatican

Alchemy - Saint Corvus Miracle

This picture displays the references to ravens and doves in the novel. Celia often worked with these birds, and there were many other references to them. Ravens are dark and more on the eerie side, while doves represent purity and peace. This birds show different aspects of the book, pure and evil.
