After watching some videos I had a good idea how to make one. I bought a Dracula cape at Halloween and cut of the collar to use for my base. I used black goose feathers underneath and then purple feathers to fill in the gaps. The black makes it look darker and more evil rather than pretty. Once covered with feathers I used ostrich feather in certain places to make it look bigger and more fun. I glued feathers around the bottom to tidy it up
