Some Study Aesthetic 🤍 on Instagram: "Here are techniques to help you keep and bring back information ↓

One of them is the ✨7-3-2-1 learning method✨:
Read about one topic/subject on
- one day
- the next day
- the third day
Then revisit the same material
- 7 days from the first time you read it (four days after the third day)
This helps permanently store it in memory!

Note: Boost the effectiveness of this strategy by making notes while studying. Try recalling those notes before bedtime. If you can’t remember, check the notes the next morning. Use diagrams, flashcards, sticky notes, rhymes, acronyms, or shortcuts to remember points!

Additional Tip: Avoid creating big gaps between revisions🙃

Ma Hnem on Instagram: "📍Remember this the next time you’re not sure how to study

1. Print/download the powerpoint the night before lecture.

2. Do a brief overview of the slides and get yourself familiarized with the topic before you learn it in class.

3. During lecture, use your slides and take personal notes (not just everything the professor says) on the side of the page using color pens. Using color pens or highlighter helps you remember better.

4. Start studying all the slides 1.5-2 weeks before the exam date. Make sure you have plenty of time to study all the lectures.

5. 1-2 days before the exam, start reviewing the materials. This time it’s a quick review bc by this time, you already did a through review and just needed some refresher.

Now you’re ready for the test. Good lu Start Studying, Time To Study, How To Study, The Professor, Study Methods, Pre Med, Med Student, Colored Pens, Medical School
