Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
4 tsp pumpkin butter, divided
4 whole pecans
4 mini brie cheese rounds
Egg
Flake salt
4 mini bell pepper stems

Directions
Preheat oven to 400°. Lay out puff pastry and cut into fourths, then spread pumpkin butter in the middle of each quarter and top with a pecan. Arrange a mini Brie on the pecan and fold the pastry around everything, cutting off excess. Use 3 pieces of kitchen twine to tie around the pastry, this will create the pumpkin shape (see my reel for a tutorial!). INGREDIENTS:
1 sheet puff pastry
Nutella chocolate hazelnut spread 
1 egg

HOW TO: 
1. Thaw puff pastry sheet at room temperature for about 30 minutes. 
2. Preheat oven to 400°.
3. Unfold puff pastry, and with a small rolling pin smooth out folds.
4. Take a knife and cut puff pastry in half. 
5. On one side, spread a generous layer of Nutella. Fold other side over and gently press down. 
6. Take a medium-sized circle cookie cutter and in the center press down to make the outline of a circle.  You do not need to cut all the way through. 
7.  Cut strips off of circle to make “8 legs”.

Ingredients
1 puff pastry sheet, thawed
1 wheel of Briette Mild & Creamy cheese
1/3 cup pumpkin butter or fig jam
1 egg, beaten with 1 tsp water
1 pretzel twist
Fresh sage leaves
Bakers twine
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

You just need:
- Puff Pastry
- Mini Bries (or a big brie cut into pieces)
- Pumpkin Butter
- Egg
- Cinnamon Sticks

Cut the puff pastry into 9 equal squares and add a little bit of pumpkin butter to the center of each square. Place the mini brie in the middle and fold the edges to close. Tightly wrap each one with twine to create a pumpkin shape, place on a cookie sheet and brush with egg wash. Bake for 20-25 at 375 degrees, or until golden brown. Remove the twine and add half a cinnamon stick to the center. Serve warm on a charcuterie board with fruits, nuts, and crackers.
