Of what good is blame? In this post we look at some of the effects of the blame game and why it is the easier way out when it comes to avoiding taking responsibility for our actions.

Look closely at the things someone accuses you of - these often have nothing at all to do with you, and are the very qualities they themselves fear are part of themselves. Works both ways too - tread very carefully if you feel you are tending to blame others for things that are really within yourself.

Forgiveness doesn’t always come easily. The struggle to let go of our resentments and forgive those who have harmed us can take quite a while, especially for deep-seated resentments that we have held for several years.

It's not a good thing, blaming others for your mistakes. Everyone do mistakes but we have to learn from those mistakes and not to blam...
