DIY TONER :: Witch Hazel Glycerin Toner Recipe :: 1/2 c. witch hazel, 20 drops vegetable glycerin, 10 drops each lavender frankincense essential oil. Add ingredients in (dark) glass bottle; shake to mix. Apply w/ cotton ball or mist onto face w/ spray bottle. Has just enough glycerin to make the toner a bit more gentle, but doesn't feel tacky or too tight/dry (like straight witch hazel) on or change the witch hazel's effectiveness.
