Wind catcher architecture

This diagram shows how a wind catcher creates positive pressure on the windward side and negative pressure on the leeward side and how in doing so cool fresh air is pulled in and circulates the hot stale air out, it does a good job showing this by being very simple to read and shows just the basics of how the process works

This post is about wind catchers, a traditional architectural way to maintain air temperature low inside buildings commonly seen in the middle eastern countries. This is an awesome example of the creative talents that our ancestors have had.
