I used Smokey Mesquite from Weber Seasoning for the rib rub Bbq sauce recipe 1 cup ketchup 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar 1/4 cup brown sugar 2 T mustard 2 T Worcestershire 1 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp black pepper

BBQ Spare Ribs

3hr · 1 serving Ingredients • 1 rack ribs (you can use baby back!) • 1 tbsp of each: sea salt, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, paprika, onion powder, pepper • 1/2 cup brown sugar • 1 cup bbq sauce (Would you like a recipe for this one too?) Preparation • Preheat your oven to 275°F • Coat your ribs on both sides with seasoning and sugar • Place them in an oven safe dish and cover with aluminum foil • Bake for about 2 hours • Carefully remove them from the oven and cover in BBQ sauce! • Broil for 3-4 minutes, serve and enjoy! Easy to make, easier to eat 😛⁣
