I chopped up two tuna steaks Green onion Minced onion Minced garlic Soy sauce (measured with love) 2 table spoons of sesame oil Then mix it all up and chill for 20 or 30 min. Oh and make sure the tuna you purchase is sashimi grade and fresh Enjoys my friends -G
