Lift your chest, pull in your belly, support your lower back with your hands, push your hips forward, and look back. 3️⃣ Repeat the same without the block. Remember the block's feeling as you do the pose without it. 4️⃣ Use blocks for support in the Camel pose, hips forward, chest up, look back, and imagine squeezing a ball between your legs. 5️⃣ Similar to the above, but place the blocks in a different position. 6️⃣ When you're ready, attempt the Camel pose. Hold each pose for 5 to 8 breaths, and practice regularly. 📷@elenamissyoga
