Something tells me I will be thinking about this blog post a lot in the coming days, weeks, years.
Sigh.

"Trust is Being Manufactured Faster than It’s Earned"
I'm not sure what kind of person thinks this is a good idea. Ugh.
This is a good overview on the upcoming video features in Apple Podcasts. It's very disappointing how Apple is handling this and if their goal is to break the YouTube video podcast monopoly then this might be exactly the wrong way for that. Instead they try to route around RSS. Ugh.
The best use of print stylesheets I have ever seen. Astonishing.
Great interview with Alex Horne and Greg Davies, it's good to hear them on a format that gives them more time to answer and the questions are great as well.
This is pretty useful. I switch branches so much and sometimes I need to know what I worked on, so this command might help.
I already stopped looking at Bluesky because of these shenanigans and I guess this means I'll soon stop looking at Discord stuff, too.
A plugin that collects ActivityPub posts and posts them on a WordPress blog once a week. Looks like worth a try.
I'm not really all that much into Formula 1 but at least I can say that the new rules seem to produce rather good looking cars
So would I. Just look at it!
Now that's a very pretty monospaced font!
Of course he did.
Very much this. And maybe start caring as well. This might be the main problem: many people just don't care.

Harsh but absolutely true.
Don't visit that page if you're hungry.
Puh, I don't know. A Social Media platform run by an ad agency?
Oh no. 😢
This is good! (And seems underreported?)
I don't know how I would actually use this but I like it a lot
I have had this post in my open tabs for a long, long time. I have always wanted to be part of a group blog, I tried a bunch of time but never really got into the groove.
I never quite manage to find people who've been on my wavelength blog-wise. (On a personal level usually very much so, don't get me wrong.) The problem there could well be me. I might need to think about it some more.

Everybody linked to this lately and it's not hard to see why: it is very pretty and it says people should have websites.
I guess that's what they call offsite backup.
A new Bangkok Pat video is usually a must see for me.
Hydrants, sorted by colour. Amazing.
The sense of overwhelm I sometimes feel when trying to answer that question – and realising: I don’t know. I don’t even want to know.
Oh no.
This is a great talk, even for someone who isn't a UX designer.
I absolutely agree with Manuel here - there's absolutely no reason to not do what Pixelfed is doing in this case.
