From first product to engineering organization
I build the first real version
of complex B2B software.
Then I establish the technical foundation—and help turn that first product into an engineering organization that can keep building without me.
from first idea to production
What I help with
Build the product. Set the foundation. Grow the capability.
Senior product and engineering judgment for the point where a complex B2B idea has to become a real, working business—not a prototype that falls apart at handoff.
01
First real product
Complex B2B apps, platforms, backend and data systems—built to solve a real workflow and become the foundation for a team.

Foundation & scale
Make an existing system easier to change, safer to operate, and ready for an engineering organization to own and extend.

Ship the first real thing. Leave a stronger team behind it.
- One technical partner
Direct access to the person making the product and technical calls. - A foundation, not a demo
Architecture, delivery practices, data, infrastructure and standards chosen for the next stage. - Built to hand over well
Clear decisions, working systems, and a codebase an engineering team can take forward.
Depth behind the work
From early-stage products to systems at real scale.
Over two decades, I’ve built end to end, led engineering, and shipped AI products across startups and established platforms.
That includes scaling 90min to 130M pageviews a month with 20× growth and no added infrastructure spend; building Labguru’s generative-AI CoPilot; and creating LLM agents, data infrastructure, and delivery tooling for a Physical AI company.
More about my background →Also: things I make
Experiments, open-source work, and playable demos.
From webcam-controlled instruments and games to an open-source hand-tracking bridge—these are small, public examples of how I like to explore.
