Decisões de projeto de interação em prol da literacia digital: um estudo em governo eletrônico

Abstract

The present paper shows the importance of digital literacy as a stage to be achieved by developing user's qualities such as motor, cognitive, and emotional skills. In addition, it is crucial for the designer the understanding of some aspects like usability, navigation, and accessibility on developing a system. In this context, the present paper discusses some questions inherent to users modeling and decisions of interaction project in applications for users with different levels of knowledge and skills. The paper presents initialresults of the interaction project of an e-government computing platform.
