What happens if I go over my investigation credits?
You can add more credits to your account and continue investigations. We send email when your token usage crosses 80% of the available credits and also support with grace period so platform access does not get interrupted abruptly.
When should I upgrade from Startup to Business?
Startup is built for 5-10 engineer teams running on DrDroid Cloud with one-click setup. Move to Business when you're scaling past ~20 engineers, need volume credits, or want to self-host in your own VPC so you can safely connect GitHub, databases, and production systems and push toward autonomous investigations.
What's the difference between Business cloud and self-hosted?
Business cloud (from $999/mo) is fully managed by DrDroid. Business self-hosted (from $2,999/mo) runs entirely inside your environment, so you can connect sensitive systems like GitHub, databases, and prod without data leaving your VPC, unlocking the full potential of autonomous investigations.
How do investigation credits work across a team?
Investigation credits are shared across your entire team from a single pool, so you don't have to allocate them per person. Smart model switching means one credit covers about three investigations on average.
What happens after my trial ends?
Your trial includes full access to Startup plan features for 14 days. After the trial, you can continue with a paid plan or cancel your account.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, we offer volume discounts for large organizations and multi-year commitments. Enterprise customers get custom pricing with flexible billing options. Contact our sales team to discuss.
