fourthplace this is such an amazing song. it’s not my favorite of the album, that would be FIGHTER | DANCER, but it’s such a good ending to the album, with mentioning flowers of robert mapplethorpe in the first song IF YOU ARE HERE YOU ARE BLESSED, and the way this song is extended past where it orignally went. i love it, amazing cover, well done Favorite track: NINE STARS.

and, at the same time i don’t want to be clingy, i don’t want to be suffocating. and so i- am scared to reach out to people. um, because i’m scared they’ll think that i’m being clingy, or- suffocating. and then they’ll- i’ll hurt them, which i can’t stand, and then they’ll leave me, which i can’t stand. for. and so like what do you do, you know?

there’s an- there’s a rock etching on the cliff wall here that says “IF YOU ARE HERE YOU ARE BLESSED”. um, and i guess that’s why i came here, because i wanted to see that. i know it’s an irrational- fear. i know there’s people who care about me, who tell me they care about me. but i get hurt too easily.
