- How much do I earn per referral?
- You start at 20% of every invoice your referral pays, for as long as they stay subscribed. Most people buy annually, so your rate is paid on the full annual total, upfront. On our Pro plan ($790/year) that's $158 per customer, and on Studio ($1,990/year) it's $398. You earn it again every year they renew, and affiliates with larger audiences and a real commitment to promoting Eden are moved up to as much as 35%.
- Can I earn more than the base rate?
- Yes. Everyone starts at 20%, but commission scales up to 35% based on audience size and your dedication to the program. If you're driving real volume, email [email protected] and we'll review your rate.
- How long is the cookie window?
- 60 days. If someone clicks your affiliate link and signs up for a paid plan within 60 days, the credit is yours.
- When and how do I get paid?
- Commissions are calculated monthly, with a 30-day hold to clear refunds, and paid out via PayPal. There's no minimum threshold. Once a commission clears, it's queued for payout.
- What about refunds and chargebacks?
- Commissions are reversed if a referral is refunded or charges back within the 30-day hold window. After that, the commission is locked in.
- Can I run paid ads to my affiliate link?
- No. Paid ads of any kind aren't allowed in the program. That includes Google, Meta, X, TikTok, YouTube, newsletter sponsorships, and anything similar. The program is built for organic recommendations: your audience, your content, your community. We also don't allow affiliate-link cloaking that hides the destination, or unsolicited cold email or spam. Accounts that violate this will have their commissions reversed and the affiliate account closed.
- Do I need to be an Eden customer to apply?
- No, but it helps. The best affiliates are people who would already recommend Eden. Being a user means your demos, screenshots, and testimonials feel real because they are.
- How long does approval take?
- We review every application by hand, usually within a couple of days. Once you're approved we set up your affiliate account and email you a personalized link plus your assets. Questions? Email [email protected].
