Mads is 36 years old and a full-stack engineer with an M.Sc. in Computer Science from the Technical University of Denmark. He mainly works with the Microsoft stack, Python, and JavaScript, and has a strong interest in AI and LLMs. He has hands-on experience building agent systems and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and Ollama, and uses AI coding assistants like Claude Code and OpenAI Codex in his daily workflow. He is a quick learner and driven by curiosity, which keeps him up to date with the latest technologies. Having worked both in startups and as a consultant, he is used to adopting new and unexplored technologies and enjoys finding creative solutions to problems.
Mads prefers to work closely with customers to deliver great results. Over the years, he has built strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical, and values open and honest collaboration. He is very much a team player. He supports others, celebrates wins together, and never leaves a high five hanging. He embraces change, keeps a positive outlook, and contributes with enthusiasm.
