We are not a big consultancy with layers of management and process overhead. We are a small, senior team that takes on interesting engineering problems and solves them well. That means every person here has a direct impact on the work and on how we operate.
We work across the full stack — backend systems, cloud infrastructure, security, embedded software, and AI — so there is always something technically interesting to dig into. We value engineers who are curious, direct, and care about getting things right more than they care about being right.
We are serious about security, data protection, and open source. These are not values we put in a handbook — they shape how we actually build things, and we expect everyone on the team to share them.
