Picked from over a hundred audiodata files gathered within approximately half a decade, "distilled・airshifts" presents the most technically and emotionally useful ones. Audio from this release exists at the intersection of highly personal intentional music, accidental sonic events and technical demonstrations, and is to be interpreted the way the listener finds fit.

All recordings are made using modular sound synthesers: a system of stock Doepfer modules and a handmade SFP system that was being build explicitly as part of the research. You are welcome to build your own SFP modules by the notes and schematics documented after successful builds: get further information at sfcs.neocities.org.
