hoo-ha (plural hoo-has)

  1. A fuss, uproar, commotion or stir; hype; brouhaha, hullabaloo.
    There was a big hoo-ha about it in the papers, and then the world completely forgot the matter.
  2. (slang, euphemistic) Vagina, vulva.
