Removed reference to Nimbus clouds, such clouds are very stable and can not produce lightning nor hail, however depending on the temperature profile of the cloud can produce Ice Pellets type (a) non-showery. Dcwinds 18:25, 18 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

The form you'll find in dictionaries has the "d", but the "d" tends to disappear in rapid or informal speech. It's probably better to include both, but I'm not sure if both are lexicographically significant. Chuck Entz (talk) 23:39, 14 February 2016 (UTC)Reply
