Uses Lua:
This is the template to use for the headword of all Icelandic common nouns. This template automatically adds pages to Category:Icelandic nouns, as well as gender-specific categories such as Category:Icelandic feminine nouns.
This template contains the necessary meta-data to allow users who are using accelerated editing to create any grammatical forms semi-automatically.
Usage
Use it directly under the "part of speech" header (e.g. for hestur (“horse”)):
==Icelandic== ===Noun=== {{is-noun|m}} # [[horse]]
