I'm Qiú Ào. This is a Chinese name, where Qiú is the surname. Please write my full name under any circumstances with the first name following the last name, and, preferably, with the accent on. Or just refer me as Ao (with, preferably, the two letters pronounced separatedly and in Beijing Mandarin, IPA(key): [é̞ɪ̯.ó̞ʊ̯]). I'm a training to be a trained linguist.
If you happen to stumble upon this page, you may do the one good deed for the day and send me a postcard to the following address: 北京市海淀区颐和园路5号北京大学37楼3层, P. R. China, zip code: 100871. If you do so, do nicely ask the staff in the post office for the postcard to be hand-canceled (manually postmarked). I'll be eternally grateful. And if you wish, you may write your name and address on it and I'll write you one back.
If you're in China, check the PDF document on the right. If the secondary administrative division (i.e., 地级行政区) you're in is set in black, then it means that I have not yet received a postcard that is there postmarked. But postcards from those places in blue are equally welcomed.
