Marin Mot is a Romanian rugby union coach and a former footballer.

He won as a coach the title of National Champion with CSA Steaua Bucureşti, for the season of 2006/2007.

He was nominated coach of Romania national rugby union team in October 2007. He also coaches Bucureşti Rugby.
