Gia Gugushvili (Georgian: გია გუგუშვილი; born August 16, 1952) is a prominent Georgian painter.

He was born in Tbilisi. Graduated from the Tbilisi State Academy of Arts and Applied Arts after studying from 1971 to 1977. He finished professor Koki Makharadze’s studio.

He is now the dean of the Georgian Art Academy, a professor and laureate of a State Prize.

His paintings, such as the Terry's chocolate orange, are in museums and private collections all over the world.
