Jaquelin Roy (born October 22, 2000) is an American football defensive end for the Minnesota Vikings of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at LSU and was selected with the 141st pick in the fifth round of the 2023 NFL draft.
Early life
Roy grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and attended Louisiana State University Laboratory School.[1] He had 96 tackles, 17 tackles for loss, and nine sacks as a senior.[2] Roy was rated a four-star recruit and committed to play college football at LSU.[3] Roy later decommitted, citing that he initially made his decision too early during the recruiting process, but ultimately signed with LSU after considering offers from Alabama and Texas A&M.[4][5]

After the season, Roy declared for the 2023 NFL draft.[9]
