Multiple studies quoted in Psychiatry: The State of the Art Volume 3 Pharmacopsychiatry suggest the normal human half-life to be closer to 2.1 or 2.3 hours, which is more along the lines of its peer Moclobemide. Several reversible MAO-A inhibitors are known to leave the system quickly while their effects remain much longer. See page 284, end of second introductory paragraph. undo
