Hobbies

Web design for my school

Member of my school's math team.

I participated in the 2006 Acedemic Decathlon competition.

I love the piano.

I pester my state politicians and Cogressional representatives (only occasionally).

Bias that might be present in my writing

pro-individualism
pro-technocrat - Don't take me for a commi, I just see a the burgeoning of technology as a threat to economics based on scarcity. People don't have infinite wants. Eventually, something will need to be done.
pro-Google... for some reason I just like this behemoth

Political Spectrum: -----Me--------------------------

Dislikes: corporate media led democracy, money, illogical traditions, software copyrights, unethical business, America's current healthcare and education systems, Bush, Kerry, oil companies, colluding oligopolies, the hidden curriculum, hoop jumping, the way we measure the standard of living, the Lorenz curve, unwise globalization that is based soley on the profit motive, etc

I'm probably a democratic-socialist, digitally commi, and most non-pluralistic Americans would probably tell me to go live in Canada, which I'd gladly do, but I'm still an adolescent. Hell, at least I wouldn't have to work at a grociery store to save up money for college because education's free there.
