Water rides are amusement rides that are set over water, but which do not require the guest to wear a bathing suit. For instance, a log flume travels through a channel of water to move along its course. Water rides are not only popular at amusement parks, but have also been introduced at larger fairs. Water attractions found in water parks, in which bathing suits are required, include water slides, the AquaLoop, Fishpipe, Lazy River, ProSlide Tornado, and Water Ball.
