English: A digital rendering of the flag of Ebensburg, Pennsylvania. It was designed in 1994 by way of contest where 4 people had entered. Those four were Ken Cotlar, LeeAnn Templeton, Chuck Yoyda and Carol Vaughn. The final design is a combination of the ideas submitted. Depicted is the Welsh Dragon, reflecting the borough's Welsh heritage, which is placed inside an outline of the Borough. To the back in white, St. George's Cross can be seen. As seen on the Flag of England, among others and serves as another reference to the borough's heritage. Above the dragon an unofficial motto can be seen, then the name of the borough. Then lastly, the year Ebensburg was founded to the bottom right.
