Summary

Postcard of ruling monarchs, taken in 1908 between February (accession of King Manuel II of Portugal) and November (death of Guangxu Emperor). Probably can be dated even more precisely to between October 5 and November 14, since Ferdinand I of Bulgaria did not proclaim himself "King" (as labeled) until October 5. Monarchs shown:
