Seeks Re-election on his Record (2nd District) Supported FEPC. Voted against the Poll Tax. Author of Civil Right law for D. C. Citizens. Supported all low cost Housing Projects (Ida B. Wells and Altgeld Gardens). A vote for Rowan is a vote for Fair Deal for Business, Industry and Labor, rich and poor, regardless of race, creed or color. VOTE STRAIGHT (X) DEMOCRATIC
