Any extra information here.

Article title should be composed of, in the following order:

  • Year(s) of the season, with en dash as interval mark: 1234, 1234–35, 2999–3000.
  • Name of the league.
  • If there are two separate championships played over the course of one season (for example, in many Latin American countries with their Apertura/Clausura system) OR the season is decided by a knock-out tournament after the conclusion of the regular season (e.g. Major League Soccer, Australian A-League), the word "season" should be attached to the title.

(The introduction should be kept roughly similar to this style. The infobox should keep line breaks to a minimum. Included information should be kept at the minimum because of the restricted space; for example, starting rounds for European competitions or flags and clubs and flagicon of top scorers should be avoided. Any data which cannot be directly retrieved from the league or results tables of the article must be sourced.)

The 3333–34 Templatonian Premier League season (also known as the 3333–34 Templatonian Bank Premier League season for sponsorship reasons) is the 33rd season of top-tier basketball in Templaton. It began on August 30, 3333 and ended on May 31, 3334. Deportivo Template is the defending champion.

Changes from 3332–33

[edit]

(This section should be used only if the competition format has changed from the previous season.)

For this season, the league will used triple round-robin format. The league will also gain one additional berth to the Template Champions League for the following season.

Teams

[edit]

(Use this to cover the changes in teams via promotion and relegation in prose. Use a table to list the teams participating in the league this season. The table should at least include the team name, the team's home city, and the team's arena. The map is optional and should be ideally placed either on the right-hand side or on top of the stadium section, depending on the shape of the country; this guideline can be strecthed for extreme cases, though. This section should contain only one subsection: Managerial changes. The contents of the "Managerial changes" table must be sourced, with the sources being attached to the respective date of each change.)

Season overview

[edit]

Use this section to write an overview of notable events that occurred throughout the season. It could include, but is not limited to, writing about decisive matches, primary factors as to why x-team won/relegated, notable player/manager arrivals, etc. This section should be well-written, properly sourced, and neutral in tone. This section should not be a list. The inclusion of this section is highly encouraged if it can be done properly. If not, this section is optional.

[edit]

(Use this section to display the league standings. Note: if the league season is structured into multiple stage/championships, each stage/championship should be second-level paragraphs. Module:Sports table is preferred to build these tables.)

Table formatting

[edit]

The following set of rules have been formed by consensus to display these tables:

  1. Display all competitions in the qualification column as far as possible, for example "Qualification to Champions League regular season" with the proper links to both tournament. The color should be color of most important tournament according to own league regulations so first Copper followed by green and blue.
  2. Wikilinks to the tournaments should omit seasons and words like "FIBA" or "Basketball". That means "2016–17 Basketball Champions League" would be "Champions League" and 2016–17 FIBA Europe Cup" should be "Europe Cup" (with wikilink to correct season tournament like [[2016–17 Basketball Champions League#Regular season|Champions League regular season]]). In cases with multiple tournaments rounds may also be omitted like "Qualification to Champions League" if the information gets long.
  3. Use the following colouring scheme:
Type Green Blue Yellow Red Black Extra Color

Top flight
  • Primary continental tournament(s)
Top in country green1, lighter green for earlier rounds or associated lower tournaments
  • Tier 1 playoffs/group between leagues/groups at same level
