Governance?

Is it really important to the governance section that a murderer lived in the council area? There have been many such criminals in every council area, it doesn't reflect on governance in my opinion. Council leaders, and mayors, would be more relevant to the subject. I will delete the Soham Murders paragraph if there are no objections. Thanks Jojo the Dodo (talk) 23:47, 3 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
