Faux-reverts

Using the revert function to add content that was not previously removed by another editor is not the purpose of that function. It needlessly sends notifications to that editor about an edit they did not make. Some might call that harrassment, while others consider it just plain obnoxious. When you edit the infobox of an article, please remember that it is meant to summarise the article. The U.S.N. orbat in the article on Operation Praying Mantis says one U.S.N. cruiser was involved in Operation Praying Mantis.
