Your behaviour at the recent Talk:Australia RFC

[edit]

While your input and perspective in the recent RfC at Talk:Australia has been appreciated, I would like to ask you to really think twice about the tone and contents of your replies on that discussion. You've shown a consistent pattern of not assuming good faith and blugdeoning the RfC, and while others have been reasonably polite in their responses to you, you have not returned the same courtesy to them. Instead, you've been throwing multiple personal attacks against various editors that have participated in said RfC, myself included.

"On Wikipedia, casting aspersions is a situation where an editor accuses another editor or a group of editors of misbehavior without evidence, especially when the accusations are repeated or particularly severe. Because a persistent pattern of false or unsupported allegations can be highly damaging to a collaborative editing environment, such accusations will be collectively considered a personal attack." WP:ASPERSIONS.

I messaged you first with the hopes that this could be resolved peacefully without the need for third party intervention, and I still retain faith in the process of discussion before mediation. If you ignore this message or the advice within and continue with your current pattern of behaviour, understand that I will not hesitate to escalate this to a noticeboard or ANI. I've already been falsely called a zoophile and a racist these past few weeks, and I do not need to deal with further false accusations of being WP:NOTHERE and "channeling the spirit of Cecil Rhodes", whoever that is. Arbitration case request declined

[edit]

Hi Brusquedandelion. The Arbitration Committee has decided not to open a public case in response to the case request Covert canvassing and proxying in the Israel-Arab conflict topic area, which has now been removed. The Committee will separately decide whether to take any action based on the private evidence that was mentioned in that case request. (In response to another request, the Committee also decided to open a Palestine-Israel articles 5 case. It is planned to be opened on November 30 so that the there is time before then for the Committee to consider that private evidence separately from that case.)
