License tagging for Image:N2203491590 37912.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:N2203491590 37912.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 04:13, 12 December 2006 (UTC)

I have added a "{{prod}}" template to the article The Hoof Beat, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, or, if you disagree with the notice, discuss the issues at Talk:The Hoof Beat. Removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, but the article may still be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached, or if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria. Superdudes.nl

[edit]

A tag has been placed on Superdudes.nl, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because it is an article about a certain web site, blog, forum, or other community of web users that does not assert the importance or significance of that web location. Please read our criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 7 under Articles, as well as notability guidelines for websites. Please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources which verify their content.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on Talk:Superdudes.nl. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. J0lt C0la 00:57, 6 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

marijuana

There is already a page Health issues and the effects of cannabis, so you might want to merge in stuff from your new medical effects of marijuana page there. Squiddy | (squirt ink?) 16:15, 6 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Have redirected Effects of marijuana to Health issues and the effects of cannabis because the article preexisted yours and covers the same area. If you wish you may move content from your old article into Health issues and the effects of cannabis as long as you meet consensus. HighInBC (Need help? Ask me) 18:45, 6 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Deletions

[edit]

Hello Canadian, Please don't take offence at the deletion requests of pages that you have started. It's just that Wikipedia has certain policies that have to be followed, and they include verifiability, no original research and neutral point of view. Remember, that each article should be an encyclopedia article, and not an essay. I have, however, saved your work in my own userspace User:Jeff3000/Sandbox, so that your work is available when you want it. I hope that you continue to contribute to Wikipedia, regards, -- Jeff3000 00:26, 12 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

AfD nomination of The Hoof Beat

[edit]

The Hoof Beat, an article you created, has been nominated for deletion. We appreciate your contributions. However, an editor does not feel that The Hoof Beat satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in the nomination space (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and the Wikipedia deletion policy). Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/The Hoof Beat and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of The Hoof Beat during the discussion but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion discussion. Speedy deletion of Lunascape (web browser)

[edit]

A tag has been placed on Lunascape (web browser) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. meshach (talk) 03:43, 12 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of The Days (band)

[edit]

A tag has been placed on The Days (band), requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be blatant advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam as well as the Wikipedia:Business' FAQ for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Hi, Would you please state your reasons as to why you have added the "Neutrality Check" tag on the article. Regards, Joyson Noel (talk) 03:47, 24 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

First of all, the source used for reference to the statements regarding two million conversions, decreasing number of practising Muslims, and the preference of sects by ethnic Russians to Islam is Interfax, a Russian non-governmental news agency. These statements have been made by Roman Silantyev, former executive secretary of the Interreligious Council of Russia (IIRC) and have been referred to as his claims in the article, not actual undisputed facts.

The source, as a news agency, seems credible to me and the statement by Silantyev of mass Muslim conversions to Christianity is relevant and should be included in this article. As a former executive secretary of the Interreligious Council of Russia, he should be cited as an authority over this matter. The information of Muslim conversions in the Caucasus, especially Beslan, has also been backed up by another source Radio Free Europe. I believe that the information pertaining to the mass Muslim conversions to Christianity is necessary, as it helps in providing a more accurate picture of the situation of Islam in Russia and is in no way Islamophobic, since it was not added specifically to malign Muslims.

I believe that it has also been mentioned in the article that most observers believe that the majority of conversions to Christianity are insincere, and that some of those who convert quickly fall away from the faith. Therefore, how can you unjustly claim that this article lacks neutrality and is biased towards Muslims. Wikipedia is a free encyclopedia and all the positive and negative information about the situation of Islam in Russia, if backed with credible sources, must be mentioned in this article. If a bunch of Islamic fundamentalists or culturally oversensitive apologists choose to be offended by it, then thats their problem.

Moreover, Islam by its very nature, is political as well as religious. Therefore, how can you assert that the information regarding the actual economic, cultural and political situation of Muslims in Russia should be ignored in this article? You claim that this article makes Russian Muslims look extreme. This is an incorrect assumption on your part, since nowhere in this article are all Muslims portrayed as extremists or terrorist sympathizers. Also, as an article on Islam in Russia, i believe that it is vital to provide information pertaining to the fundamentalist Islamist activities in Russia, especially since their activities have a huge bearing on the situation of Muslims in general.

Furthermore, i challenge you to cite a statement or a paragraph in the article espousing hatred towards Muslims or portraying them in a negative light. Information regarding growth of Islamophobia, Xenophobia, discrimination and persecution of Muslims by the Government and fellow non Muslim Russians have been repeatedly mentioned in this article. Would a prejudiced and biased article mention all this?

I suggest you lay off the accusations of Racism and Islamophobia towards me, since you have no proof of it, and assume good faith. Luckily, i am a person who is not easily offended on a personal level, but how would you like it, if i accuse you of being a Culturally oversensitive moral apologist, motivated by his own narrow minded personal agenda? Joyson Noel (talk) 17:27, 24 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

My dear Canadian, if your intention was not to cause offense, then why did you state that i see Muslims as hateful in India at the end of the previous message. What was the actual purpose of this statement? This seriously irritated me, since i truly despise racism and bigotry, and have a lot of close Muslim friends. I personally do not care if you are rude or uncivil to me. I can tolerate rudeness and incivility. However, what i cant tolerate are lies? Accept responsibility for your mistakes and lets move on.

You also have not cited a proper statement about this article espousing bigotry, being biased, Islamophobic and promoting hatred. The article is by no means contradictory and the statement by Viktor Perevedentsev which you cited as a contradiction is not actually a contradiction in the first place. I have merely mentioned opposing views from various credible researchers.

I mentioned the views of the American historian and political commentator, Daniel Pipes, who stated that Islam is growing more rapidly than Orthodox Christianity and former US government specialist on the Soviet Union, Paul Goble, Christianity, who has predicted a Muslim majority in Russia by mid century. On the other hand, i also mentioned the statements by Russian demographer, Viktor Perevedentsev, who dismisses the notion that Russia could become a majority Muslim nation, and says this is a spectre being deliberately whipped up by politicians with little understanding of demography. I have just mentioned their statements as views and not as actual undisputed facts. For goodness sake, let me inform you as to what exactly constitutes contradiction. For instance, if i mention in an article that Russia is a majority Muslim country, only to mention that Russia is a majority Christian country, then the article is contradictory. Simply mentioning opposing views in an article is not a contradiction.

Interfax is a Russian non-governmental news agency. I dont see any reason as to why it should not be used as a reliable source. Also, i believe that Roman Silantyev, as the former executive secretary of the Interreligious Council of Russia and a reputed Islamlogist in his own country should be cited as an authority in this subject. If you want me to believe that Interfax is a biased and an uncredible site, then you will have to provide me objective evidence of it from the site itself. Simply stating that "the Russian media is hateful" or that "Interfax is a biased source" is subjective and will not do, especially since you are not a reliable source. You cant simply dismiss the Russian media and the information coming from Russian news agencies as "filth".

I completely agree with Alexei Malashenko that Xenophobia is growing very quickly there, and Islamophobia is growing along with it and will continue to. Yet, this is not an appropriate reason to dismiss the entire Russian media and news agencies. Unless a general consensus on the alleged invalidity of Interfax and other Russian news sources is reached, information from the Russian media and news sources will continue to be included in Wikipedia articles such as this one.

Moreover, the article is not biased and does not read like an essay. It has been written impartially and with the utmost neutrality, and i believe that this has been mentioned enough in the previous message. These factors gives no proper reason to conclude that the article in itself is racist and Islamophobic. I believe that any reasonable person will understand this. Also, you state that i just copied and pasted it word for word and then rearranged a few words. So, what do you want me to do? Make things up.

Furthermore, i suggest that you read more about Islam, Islamic history and current events in the Islamic world, before making the false assumption that Islam is not political by its very nature. If thats really the case, then how do you explain the existence of Fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) and Sharia laws? How do you debate the fact that virtually every Islamic run country is a fascist state? Aren't the goals of Muslim terrorist groups to take over the world for Islam and dont they use the Qu'ran and Hadiths to justify their activities?

In your country, what exactly are the goals and objectives of CAIR, Hizb ut-Tahrir, Muslim Brotherhood, etc? Most of their demands and fake moral outrage over childish trifles such as the Jyllands-Posten Muhammad cartoons controversy, Knighthood of Salman Rushdie, etc, are nothing but part of a cynical campaign to force unwanted Islamic values into Western society. Be skeptical, discover things for yourelf and do not just rely on polite words from your moderate Muslim friends. Just because your friends in the US are normal people who just want to get on with their own lives does not mean that Islam is not political in nature. As a non Muslim born and brought up in an Islamic country, i can confidently vouch for what i have said. Anyone who closely follows the news will agree with me.

Do you know what your exact problem is? You see things the way you want to see it, not as they actually are. Its true for this article and also true in the fact that nowhere in my previous message, have i called you a culturally oversensitive moral apologist. I humbly requested you to lay off your accusations of racism and Islamophobia against me and asked you how would you like it IF i accused you of being a culturally oversensitive moral apologist, with no evidence?

You finished your message by quoting Matin Luther King Jr. "Nothing in all the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity." In your case, nothing could be farther from the truth. Most sincere regards, Joyson Noel (talk) 15:42, 25 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Oh, wait a minute. I would like to know the reason as to why did you remove information of the persecution of Muslims by the Russian government, forced conversions, etc. which had BBC, ABC and other credible sources as its reference? Are they biased and Islamophobic as well? Joyson Noel (talk) 15:47, 25 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Susie Feldman - Playboy

[edit]

The discussion on the Playboy talk page came to a consensus of having only ten celebs per sub-section. Adding Feldman makes eleven. Could you please remove someone from the list if you want to add someone. Also keep in mind that it was agreed to represent as many decades as possible. So, we'd rather not have all the celebs be from just the last ten years. Thank you, Dismas|(talk) 21:31, 28 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of Fazale Rana

[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Fazale Rana, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Diana Blaine

[edit]

Since I was the one to tag the first attempt at the Diana Blaine article for deletion under WP:CSD, I thought I'd come by and compliment you on the revised article. If this was what you had submitted the first time, I don't see how anyone would have thought of tagging it at all. For future reference, your account does give you a Sandbox where you can start articles and work on them as you like, before moving them to the main namespace where they have to meet the Manual of Style, have references, and things like that.

Nice work on the article, I genuinely enjoyed reading it over, and I may even give you a hand fleshing it out a bit, if I can dig up more to put there. Unforgiven24 (talk) 18:28, 21 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Suggested reading

[edit]

I just went through a few of the articles that you've created and made several changes. To better your editing skills, I thought I'd give you a few tips and a suggested reading list:

  • The article title should be in bold type. You can do this by putting three single quotes on either end of the word/phrase to be bolded. See WP:LEAD
  • Individual years should not be linked. MOS:SYL
  • Section headings should only have the first word capitalized unless the title is also the title of a work of art/fiction/etc. WP:HEAD
  • How to make cleaner reference links: WP:CITE#HOW
  • Flag icons aren't to be used in infoboxes. WP:FLAGICON

I'm not trying to be nitpicky or anything but I thought I'd just try and help out... Dismas|(talk) 17:46, 22 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Oxford Wikimania 2010 and Wikimedia UK v2.0 Notice

[edit]

Hi,

As a regularly contributing UK Wikipedian, we were wondering if you wanted to contribute to the Oxford bid to host the 2010 Wikimania conference. Please see here for details of how to get involved, we need all the help we can get if we are to put in a compelling bid.

We are also in the process of forming a new UK Wikimedia chapter to replace the soon to be folded old one. If you are interested in helping shape our plans, showing your support or becoming a future member or board member, please head over to the Wikimedia UK v2.0 page and let us know. We plan on holding an election in the next month to find the initial board, who will oversee the process of founding the company and accepting membership applications. They will then call an AGM to formally elect a new board who after obtaining charitable status will start the fund raising, promotion and active support for the UK Wikimedian community for which the chapter is being founded.

You may also wish to attend the next London meet-up at which both of these issues will be discussed. If you can't attend this meetup, you may want to watch Wikipedia:Meetup, for updates on future meets.

We look forward to hearing from you soon, and we send our apologies for this automated intrusion onto your talk page!

Greetings. I was hoping you might consider editing User:Canadian/templates i use as it currently transcludes templates that should only exist on talk pages, causing the page itself to be included in Category:Main pages with misplaced talk page templates. After months of cleanup, I have nearly emptied this category. As you have edited Wikipedia within the last 30 days, I have not edited said page itself, hoping that you might consider doing so. Speedy deletion of ‎Project playlsit

[edit]

A tag has been placed on Project playlsit, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a redirect from an implausible typo.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you believe that there is a reason to keep the redirect, you can request that administrators wait a while before deleting it. To do this, affix the template {{hangon}} to the page and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Hi, I've reverted your type=Hate Site edit again. Could you have a look at Wikipedia:Words_to_avoid#Words_that_label and review WP:NPOV to see why your edit isn't neutral. You're labelling the site on the basis of the point of view of one person without attribution. His point of view is just one of many. It's better to stick to a neutral description because the label is presented in Wikipedia's narrative voice. Sean.hoyland - talk 02:44, 6 April 2009 (UTC) [reply]

Speedy deletion of National icon

[edit]

A tag has been placed on National icon requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Proposed deletion of National icon

[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article National icon, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:

can't find any example of official use

All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. An article you created maybe deleted soon: Tools which can help you

[edit]

The article you created: National icon may be deleted from Wikipedia.

There is an ongoing debate about whether the article you created should be deleted here:

The faster you respond on this page, the better chance the article you created can be saved.

Finding sources which mention the topic of the article you created is the very best way to avoid an article being deleted {{Findsources3}}:

Find sources for National icon: google news recent, google news old, google books, google scholar, NYT recent, NYT old, a9, msbooks, msacademic ...You can then cite these results in the Article for deletion discussion.

Also, there are several tools and helpful editors on Wikipedia who can help you:

1. List the page on Article Rescue Squadron. You can get help listing your page on the Article Rescue Squadron talk page.
2. At any time, you can ask any administrator to move your article to a special page. (Called userfication)
3. You can request a mentor to help you: Wikipedia:Adopt-a-User. But don't wait for a mentor to respond to you before responding on the article for deletion page.
4. When trying to delete a page, veteran editors love to use a lot of rule acronyms. These acronyms don't need to intimidate you. Here is a list of acronyms you can use yourself: Deletion debate acronyms, which will help you argue that the article should be kept.

If the page you created is deleted, you also have many options available. Good luck! Ikip (talk) 03:07, 30 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Three suggestions

[edit]
  1. Always start your article is user space first.
You can start your new article first. You can get the article in shape, with less risk of deletion, ask other editors to help work on it, and only move it into the "live" Wikipedia once it is ready to go. See Userfication. So National icon would be User:Canadian/National icon
  2. Enable this cite tool: User:Ikip/ref. It is going to take hours of work to fix the cites you already have in national icons.
  3. Add the {{Rescue}} tag to an article that you feel is worthy of being on wikipedia, nd siply needs to be cleaned up and sourced. Ikip (talk) 04:13, 30 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Bangladesh and Dhaka are both featured articles. Please do not add irrelevant details such as the Fake Taj, to these articles.

As for the Fake Taj, there has been a lot of discussion in various places on how the owner perpetrated a big fraud by making the claims about the building. The building's cost of construction, building materials, all seem to be a big hoax, as people visiting it have found ceramic tiles in place of "Italian marbles" as claimed by Moni. Dacca

[edit]

I reverted Dacca back to the original Rdr, and someone needs to do the same with any articles created with the same intent. Dacca is just another name for Dhaka, and with few exceptions WP articles are about things, events, processes, and so on, not about each of the various names for a single thing.
Nevertheless, there may be a place for an article with a title like, i dunno, maybe Geonymy of Bangladesh, which would among other things describe the political process that culminated in the official renaming and give examples of institutions that still reflect the formerly official names, and maybe discuss factors that correlate with individuals' tendency to use the old or new name before and after the changeover -- reversion of an article doesn't imply that all the content is unsuitable, but just, in this case, my not being a suitable editor for the task of figuring out where some of it should be used.
Talk with me about how to proceed if you like. And/or Wikipedia:Naming conventions (geographic names) may be a starting place for useful reading on this subject. Thanks,
--Jerzyt 18:37, 27 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Luigi del Riccio requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.) or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

The article List of shopping malls in Bahrain has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Unmaintainable and unencyclopedic list lacking in sourcing and consisting mainly of redlinks

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. A tag has been placed on Aramco Services Company requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a clear copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

A tag has been placed on Remarkable Woman Award requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organized event (tour, function, meeting, party, etc.) that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. A tag has been placed on Remarkable Woman Award requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:

The topic is not significant enough for a Wikipedia article; I would suggest adding a section about this award to the Wikipedia article of the group that presents the award, which is in this case NAWBO

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, pages that meet certain criteria may be deleted at any time.

Notice

The article GMX Multi Messenger has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails WP:NSOFT

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.

This bot DID NOT nominate any of your contributions for deletion; please refer to the history of each individual page for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 09:00, 5 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
