editCreepy Nuts was in charge of an opening theme "Bling-Bang-Bang-Born" for the second season of the anime television series Mashle: Magic and Muscles, subtitled The Divine Visionary Candidate Exam, released on January 7, 2024.[30] It became their breakthrough both in Japan and overseas by the "BBBB Dance" Internet challenge.[31][32] The song topped the Oricon Combined Singles Chart for four non-consecutive weeks,[33] and the Billboard Japan Hot 100 for 19 non-consecutive weeks, the second longest-running number one in history after Yoasobi's "Idol" (22 weeks),[34] Internationally, the song peaked at number eight on the Billboard Global 200.[35] "Bling-Bang-Bang-Born" was the best performing songs in Japan in 2024,[36][37] and later received diamond certification, surpassing 500 million streams, from the RIAJ in February 2025.[38]
In the same month, Creepy Nuts released "Nidone", a theme song for 2024 television series Extremely Inappropriate!, on January 27,[39] which the duo made cameo appearance on the final episode of the series.[40] From March to June, the duo embarked on their 2024 one man tour.[41] In the second half of 2024, they performed the song "Otonoke", an opening theme for Japanese anime series Dandadan.[42] It became the duo's second number one on the Billboard Japan Hot 100.[43] The duo concluded the year by performing "Bling-Bang-Bang-Born" at the 66th Japan Record Awards on December 30, where they won Excellent Awards[44] and the 75th NHK Kōhaku Uta Gassen the next day.[45]
The theme for the live-action film adaptation of manga series Under Ninja, the duo's "Doppelgänger", was available on January 24, 2025.[46] It preceded the duo's fourth studio album Legion, released digitally on February 5, and physically on March 12.[47] The duo's first concert at Tokyo Dome were taken place on February 11, and will release exclusively through Amazon Prime Video on April 22.[48] In support of Legion, the duo is scheduled to run their Legion One Man Tour from May to September,[49] and Asia tour between October and November.[50]
