However, SGF and Kewal Ahuja have faced significant controversies and legal challenges. Some franchisees have accused the company of misrepresentation and fraud, particularly related to its Franchise-Owned, Company-Operated model.[3] [4]Allegations include unfulfilled guarantees of monthly returns and abrupt outlet closures without proper communication. Legal proceedings are ongoing, with multiple cases filed against SGF in Delhi courts. These controversies have tarnished its reputation and raised questions about its business practices.[5][6]
