Dear KIA India Team,

We had placed the vehicle PO on 14th June 2024 and there is no clear update on vehicle dispatch/delivery as on today. It is almost 2 months over but still no one sure about the vehicle. Whenever we tried to get the latest update on ETA we could not get concrete reply from anyone. We are Philips India Limited, we were expecting things in very smooth way but we are very disappointed with the way of communication from KIA India. We had chosen below Car and you people are failed to fulfil only single requirement. No one can expect such worse experience with a reputed organization like KIA. We are again requesting you to share vehicle ETA, we will appreciate KIA to fulfil their customer requirement on time. If vehicle is not available in North India region, then kindly dispatch the vehicle from any other plant located in India.
