Articles where you might see me and might want to give me advice

I'm gradually working through specifying these as they can be a bit clumsy, imho.

Currently reading through and going to add information with resources from the index

Likely to have a large addition/restructuring

Restructure.

Increase images.

Add interior images.

Work to images and increasing description.

Interior images.

Work on image placement, number of images, room guide might be nice. Have lots of brochures (stomping ground).

Work to add images, increase description.

Work to update links, probably try and get it to be a GA as I think it deserves it.

More info.

Work to all. Use Country Life articles mainly.

Increase information.

Here a large amount of the structure still remains from a Gutenberg book. I don't think it will be that restructured but there is a risk.

Focus on house. Interiors.

Images, description. Stomping ground again so several guides.

Work on increasing image placement and information.

Imagery & text.

Remove focus from school (building itself is actually pretty major).

Complete History and Architecture per already available sources. Increase verifiable sources for secondary statements.

Work, add information. I have no interiors at all.

More, references.

Lots of work. Have Country Lifes, would like the sales brochure.

Flesh, image movement.

I'll be careful, interior images.

Interiors! Other facades!

Restructuring, currently too long text sections, needs more imagery. I have lost a book that had a great selection of pre-1900 photos, hmph.

Start with sections, go from there.

General work.

Much more information, especially on collections.

Fleshing out. Country Life definitely did a good article a bit ago and articles exist from before them for deecently good reference.

More information and images.

Text needed.

Add photographs and architectural information.

Requires serious work.

Chapel.

Rework with sales particulars + planning.

Working through to make leader more concise, increase examples gallery. Really respect Johnbod's work on this and trying my best to do it good & improve with additional information/make wording clearer, as little else is needed. Time will tell.

Focus on the house, images.

What a great building, amazed the article isn't stacked. Amazed the two castles don't have two different pages. Will see.

More on house.

RIP the website.

Use recent sales brochure to increase information, not sure on the imagery front.

Similar to above but none under CC.

More images, rework wording.

Articles I want to create

edit

Articles I have already created & so still need work

edit

Elizabethan manor house on earlier footings with Lutyens additions but hard to find documentation for. Does paid shoots.

The only courtyard mansion left in Cambridgeshire. 2022/23 High Sheriff lives (d) there.[1]

Hammerbeam roof is probably the most appreciated small example in England but the rest of the house has been kept under wraps for a little over a hundred years; sometimes open for Historic Building days,[2] which I can never manage to attend.

I created this early on. I know little on it but know it is important due to listing.

I had a crush on this building for a while, also, like many on this list, very secretive.

Flip between loving and hating this house. Information is readily available but CC pictures not so.

Like the house, despise how reworked it might have been in the late 19thC-early 20thC... similar information situation to West Stow.

Needs images and more sources.

Needs to be expanded with Country Life articles.

I like old buildings, science, aviation, and heraldry.

I am currently working on historic houses.

I try to create pages where they are missing and it is possible to do so, although they are usually stubs.

I edited largely (250) under IP addresses in the period late 2017-early 2021. These were mainly pretty weasely airplane and science edits. I've realised I need to get an actual, fully-paid-up Physics/Physics-adjacent degree to be of any use on these, and I am pursuing that. (Probably jointly with architectural history.)
