Hi there! I'm George.Edward.C, but you can call me George. I am an avid gamer (but school is really getting in the way at the moment, you know the feel), and wannabe programmer. I signed up here in July, but only became active on this Wikipedia in late October 2014. Until then, I was mainly active on SimpleWiki (where I'm a rollbacker) and Wikidata. I'm primarily contributing to Video Game articles, since this Wikipedia is really complete compared to SimpleWiki.

I've made my share of mistakes, off wiki and on-wiki, and I've learnt from them. It's pretty much crafted who I am today. If you want to contact me, you can email me, leave me a message on my talk page, or ping me on IRC on #wikipedia , #wikidata or #wikipedia-simple . I am also addicted to infoboxes, as you can see to your right. I also like chatting on IRC :)

Projects I'm involved in

I recently signed up for WikiProject Video games, and I am actively helping out with the project. In addition to that, I've signed up for WikiProject CheckWiki, and effort to correct wiki syntax across Wikipedia. I have done several edits fixing such errors. To join, you can add your name to the project page and use this application to identify and resolve errors.

I am currently working to get The Oregon Trail to GA or FA status. Feel free to help out!

Music

I just love heavy metal, I will listen to most metalcore, thrash metal and ocassionally melodic death metal. My favourite bands include Trivium and Killswitch Engage.
