Terms and Conditions

These are our general terms and conditions. This text legally defines the rights and obligations of both us and the user and customer of Pit&Pit. While we always do our utmost to keep all our customers satisfied, it is necessary to publish the conditions in this form.

If you have any doubts about your rights or obligations, questions about your order or delivery, or any comments regarding this text, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service. We assume that through mutual discussion, everything can be addressed and resolved.

Our Prices are Clear - No Hidden Costs

The prices of the products are indicated in euros, including all taxes and VAT, except for possible shipping costs unless otherwise stated. The products and prices are valid as long as they are mentioned on the website, always subject to stock availability and unintentional errors in the title, description, price, and quantity of the product. Changes in the form or execution of an article are possible but do not diminish the value and quality of the article. We cannot be held responsible for (typo) errors that occur in our offers or on our website.

The products remain our property until we have received the full purchase price definitively.

Secure Payment Processing

The security and storage of electronic payment data are handled by reputable companies Mollie and/or Paypal. They are responsible for any misuse and problems with your payment. Both Mollie and Paypal are highly reliable companies with an impeccable track record. They have extensive security and safety procedures, guaranteeing a fast and secure payment. All payments are free of charge for our customers.

In principle, we will only ship your order after receiving your payment. Our customer service may exceptionally deviate from this. In this case, if the outstanding amount is not paid or is paid late, interest is due as provided by law. All possible legal costs and other costs of any kind that we incur as a result of this late payment will be passed on. A minimum of 5 euros in administration costs will be charged for each reminder letter sent.

Protection of Your Personal Data

In accordance with legal provisions, you have the right to object to the use of your data for Direct Marketing purposes, access to all information we hold about you, and the ability to correct any incorrect data.

We never disclose personal data to third parties. Your data may be disclosed under strict conditions to facilitate the payment and shipment of your order. For example, we provide your address to the postal service to ship your order.

We Ship Your Order as Quickly as Possible

We can ship your order to the Netherlands, Belgium, France, and Germany. We also deliver to some other European countries, but always subject to acceptance of the order by us. The products are sent to the shipping address you provide when ordering (home address or another address).

Our products are offered in accordance with Belgian and European legislation. While we exercise the utmost care and try to consider all local laws of all countries we ship to, the buyer is responsible for compliance with local laws.

We do not ship outside the European Union. We cannot be held responsible for shipments outside the EU. Transport and any additional costs can never be charged to Pit&Pit.

By accepting the package, you agree that the order has arrived in good condition. If your package with the order appears damaged, you must refuse the package and have it returned. The buyer acknowledges that we cannot be held responsible for the condition of the order once the package with the order has been accepted by the transport company.

In the event of a problem with the delivery of your order, please contact our customer service. We always try to find a good solution for any possible issues with the delivery of your order.

The delivery times indicated on the website are for reference only and not binding. We make every effort to respect the indicated delivery time. Please note that shipping times are indicated in working days.

If your package has not been delivered within 20 working days, we recommend contacting customer service to find a solution. If no suitable solution can be offered, you have the right to terminate this agreement and request a refund.

Shipping Costs: A Participation in Shipping Costs is Requested

These shipping costs may be free for orders above a certain minimum order amount, see also the information on the website.

Your Buyer's Protection (Right of Withdrawal)

When you purchase goods from us, you have the right to decide to keep the goods within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Please always contact our customer service for returns. We will provide you with a return form with a label and instructions for a quick and easy return.

If you wish to cancel the sale, you can do so within 14 calendar days following the delivery of your order. The products must be returned within the same period in their original and undamaged packaging, along with all accessories, using the return form.

Within 14 days of receiving the right of withdrawal, we will refund any amounts paid, except for direct delivery costs (shipping costs that may be waived from a certain amount) or the period during which we actually received the goods, if longer than 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to packaging of food that the consumer has already opened or to business orders (B2B). In the case of extraordinary damage to the goods and packaging, the customer is responsible for the depreciation.

Our products are sold for personal use, not for resale. We cannot be held responsible for the use of our products. If you use products for your health, consult a doctor first. The information on our site is for information purposes only and is not intended as advice or a user manual.

We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove information at any time without prior notice. In no case can we be held liable for damages resulting from direct or indirect use of the site.

We commit to adhering to the guarantees as stated on our website as best as possible. No results can be guaranteed based on these guarantees. In no case can the guarantees lead to the granting of compensation.

Warranty

Regarding the delivery of goods, we adhere to the statutory warranty period of two years if the product is not in conformity with the placed order. This means that in case of defects or defects in the product, free repair or replacement is possible for up to two years after delivery,

provided correct use and storage (including expiration date). After opening the packaging of food products or after the expiration date, there is no additional warranty.

Products must meet the reasonable expectations of consumers. To the extent possible and reasonable, you have the choice between repair or replacement. Only in cases where repair or replacement is excessive or impossible, or cannot be performed within a reasonable time, do you have the right to demand a price reduction or the dissolution of the sales agreement.

Complaints Procedure

If you, as a customer, have a complaint about our service or products, we would be happy to work with you to find a solution. It can always happen that something does not go as desired. Contact our customer service at help@pit-pit.com. We will thoroughly analyze this complaint together and propose a solution.

If we still cannot reach an agreement, you, as a consumer, can contact SafeShops. SafeShops.be will mediate between the consumer and the seller if the complaint appears to be justified at first glance. Finally

The sale to which these current terms and conditions apply is subject to Belgian law. You declare that you have read and approved these General Terms and Conditions before placing an order. Placing your order and using this website implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
